What We Do

The objectives and purposes of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Thompson are those set forth in Chapters 124 (Zoning) and 126 (Planning) of the Connecticut General Statutes, 1958 revision, as amended, and those powers and duties delegated to the Planning and Zoning Commission by the aforementioned statutes, by a Town Meeting of the Town of Thompson, Connecticut, on March 18, 1980, effective April 2, 1980, in accordance with the above Connecticut General Statute and Town Meeting.

Members are elected for a 6-year term.
