Revaluation Status

The October 1, 2024 revaluation has begun
In accordance with Connecticut State Statute, the town's mandated 5-year revaluation will begin November 2023.
current process:
The Assessor's Office is in the process of reviewing returned data mailers. If there are questions in regard to the mailer we may contact residence for clarification. If there are significant changes we may need to schedule an inspection to verify the data.
