The Second Installment of the Operation & Maintenance fees due to the Thompson Water Pollution Control Authority on the October 1, 2023 Grand List, are payable April 1, 2024. Payments made in person or postmarked no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024 are considered paid on time. You will only have a Sewer bill if your property is located on the town sewer line. Sewer bills were mailed out on September 30, 2023. No new bills for the 2nd installment will be mailed for the April 1, 2024 due date. Duplicate bills are available in the Tax Collector’s Office by request.

Please note: Payments are collected at Town Hall (815 Riverside Drive) in the Tax Collector’s Office – or – you can mail them to PO Box 845, North Grosvenordale, CT 06255.
Payments by mail would be appreciated.

9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Thursday
9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday

Interest will be charged beginning May 2, 2024 at the rate of 1.50% per month. Minimum interest is $2.00. Only cash or checks are accepted as payment. Please make checks payable to: T.W.P.C.A. Thank you for your prompt attention to this notice and your previous cooperation. Please remember that failure to send out or receive any such bill or statement shall not invalidate the tax or late fee per CGS 12-130. A municipal tax lien will be filed on the permanent land records in the Town Clerk’s office for any unpaid balance as of 9/15/2024.
